I dont do no off road driving. just normal highway/road driving. Around 30 psi should be just about right. Even 35 psi on the road will be fine if you do a lot of highway driving. Regardless of traction you still have more grip than anything on the road, but high winds are challenging. Don't be me. If you get a full sized spare make sure you're moving that 5th tire into and out of the rotation every time you change your oil.
