WebMay 31, 2015 · A bad console display, wiring failure or bad motor control board can prevent the display from lighting up. Unplug the treadmill and check the wire harness connection between the console display and the motor control board. Reconnect any loose wires. If the wire harness connection is okay, you'll likely need to replace the console display. WebStep 3 – remove the 2 mounting bolts from the mounting bracket. Step 4 – remove the pivot bolt nut and slide the pivot bolt out. Step 5 – release the drive belt from the drive motor pulley and pull out the motor. Step 6 – disconnect the motor wires. Step 7 – remove the motor bracket and reinstall it on the new motor.
